14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our fleet management platform for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us at support@limofleetservice.com. No complex qualifiers or exceptions apply. Once your request is received, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription date.
  • The request must apply to the first-time purchase of a LimoFleet subscription.
  • Refunds do not apply to monthly or yearly renewals of existing subscriptions.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period.
  • Subsequent billing cycles (Renewals) are non-refundable once processed.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can either:

  • Use the "Billing" section within your LimoFleet Dashboard.
  • Send a cancellation request to our support team.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the software until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation is processed.

  • Reason for the refund (this helps us improve our service).

Our billing department will review your request and process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes. Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated data.
