By creating an account or using the LimoFleet platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Limo Fleet Service provides a purely digital B2B Cloud-based SaaS platform for limousine dispatching and fleet management. We do not provide, manage, or operate any human-driven transportation services, drivers, or physical vehicles. Our service is strictly limited to providing software tools for independent fleet operators.

3. User Data & Privacy

You retain full ownership of the data you input into the system. LimoFleet will maintain administrative and technical safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities (Fleet Owners)

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin and driver credentials.
• Dispatching: The accuracy of ride assignments, scheduling, and driver selection is the sole responsibility of your dispatch team.
• Compliance: You must ensure that your drivers and vehicles comply with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected fleet tier. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. Refund requests must be sent to support@limofleetservice.com. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with a 30-day notice.

6. Usage Limitations & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, illegal purposes, or initiate unauthorized chargebacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

LimoFleet is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for business losses, missed flights, or operational delays resulting from technical interruptions or manual errors.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international business laws. Any disputes shall be settled through professional arbitration.
